IT-related technical support

We take general enquiries related to ICT systems, investigate each case individually, and reply to the clients. Our support and navigations are provided to clients 24/7, 365 days a year via telephone or E-mail. Our main clients are government offices, leading electronics manufacturers, and system integrator companies (SIers). We address technical enquiries from system engineers (SEs) or information systems departments of companies.

Business-related support

We deal with enquiries regarding malfunctions with a whole variety of business-related software/hardware, including software for personnel and payroll management, accounting, or employee attendance tracking, medical testing equipment, electronic medical records, or banking terminals. Enquiries are accepted via telephone, FAX, E-mail, or chat.

Help desk services

We provide customers who are working at companies with support services on how to use or operate software/hardware, and troubleshooting services in using products.

Configuration/estimation and sales support

We help sales staff or SEs of our clients (leading IT manufacturers) and their distributors promote their sales. We create system configuration or estimates that are necessary for sales negotiations, and respond to enquiries about the configuration details by phone or E-mail.
